Your travel details were submitted securely to our offices here in Orlando, Florida. We will create a confirmation and reply to the email address you supplied on the form. You will receive a confirmation within the next 12 hours, all reservations are manually reviewed by management and confirmed.
If any changes need to be made, or you have any questions you can either reply to the email your reservation confirmation is sent from, or call us referring to the confirmation number that will be found at the top of your reservation.
All cancellations must be made no less than 72 hours before your first scheduled pickup date.
(You have authorized us to charge your card in your absence if you are unavailable for pick-up on the first date of service and have not cancelled your reservation. It is your responsibility to cancel your reservation if you will not be available on the first date of service to avoid charges on your credit card.)
*Airport Pick-Ups: Flight information is critical. If your Flight Information changes it is your responsibility to notify us so we are where we are supposed to be, when we are supposed to be there. As long as you board the flight with the number and airlines you have on your confirmation, we will be waiting for you at your baggage claim when your flight arrives. We track the flight to ensure there will be a chauffeur waiting for you at the bottom of the escalators adjacent to the baggage carousel for your flight. If your flight is delayed we know about it before you are scheduled to arrive. We offer complimentary "Meet & Greet services at Orlando International Airport. Please turn on the cellular phone with the number you provided on the reservation as soon as you land.
