Charter & Hourly Cancellation Policy

Institutional & High-Capacity Service Terms

Policy Overview: Charter services, hourly rentals, and large-scale specialty jobs require a 7-day cancellation notice. Due to the significant logistics and vehicle dedication required for these events, cancellations within 7 days of service are non-refundable.

1. The 7-Day Guarantee

Because OCS reserves specific high-capacity vehicles (such as SUV Limos, Limo Buses, and Executive Coaches) months in advance for weddings, corporate events, and proms, our fleet availability is strictly managed.

  • Notice Required: Any cancellation must be submitted at least 7 full days prior to the scheduled date of service.
  • Certified Mail Requirement: To protect both parties and ensure verifiable receipt, cancellations for large jobs must be sent via Certified Mail to:
    6845 Narcoossee Rd, Suite 49, Orlando, FL 32822.

Payment & Processing

For all Charter and Hourly services, full payment is processed 7 days in advance. Once this transaction occurs, the funds are dedicated to the securing of your chauffeur and vehicle.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within the 7-day window—or "No Shows" at the time of pickup—will result in a total charge of the full quoted fare. No exceptions will be made for large-block reservations.
