If you fail to call to cancel and are unavailable for pickup on your scheduled pickup date your card will be charged that same day and these charges are non-refundable. After payments are processed they are non-refundable. You must call 407-470-6008 to cancel your reservation up until 72 hours before the date of service to avoid non-refundable charges.
