Airport & Point-to-Point Service Terms
Standard Transfer Policy: All airport and point-to-point transfers are subject to a 72-hour cancellation window. This ensures we can maintain our 17-year record of punctuality for every client.
1. The 72-Hour Window
For all standard luxury sedan, SUV, and van transfers, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for a cancellation to be processed without charge.
- Notice Required: Cancellations must be made via phone at 407-470-6008 at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup.
- Late Cancellation: Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the service time is non-refundable and will be billed at the full quoted rate.
